Place your order by phone and we will ship it out the next business day provided the items are in stock. If you send written confirmation of a phone order, please mark it "CONFIRMING PHONE ORDER."

Prevent errors in shipping by faxing a copy of your order. Include on your order form a contact name and telephone number. Fax orders are shipped out on the next business day provided the items are in stock.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express. All sales are cash.
SALES TAX
Louisiana customers are charged a 4.00% state sales tax, unless you furnish a tax exemption certificate. If you live in Terrebonne Parish, LA, we must charge an additional 4.5% tax.
RETURNS (Effective Oct. 1, 1999)
We will accept salable returns of current editions of books we publish only within 30 days from date of invoice.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return. Returns for credit after 30 days may be granted only after the item has been inspected by our office and checked to see if material is still current. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Single copies of other publisher's books are returnable within 10 days if in salable condition. Special order books are not returnable. Because of frequent changes in government policies that affect our publications certain titles and editions are subject to frequent changes and updating.
RUSH ORDERS
Express shipping services are available for orders phoned or faxed in before 2:00 PM Central Time. You must specify "next day" or "second day" air. *Special Handling charges apply.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping charges are based on published charges by each carrier plus a $3.00 handling charge to cover fuel surcharges and insurance. We insure all shipments. Be sure to provide adequate delivery instructions. Please provide us with your street address and telephone nunber.
Mail Orders shipped by Media Mail rate may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands can only be shipped UPS second day or next day air unless you specify Mail service - First class or Media Mail. APO and FPO shipments can be sent by mail only.
We can ship by Federal Express and have it billed to your account if you supply us with your account number. We charge a $5.00 handling fee. Federal Express and DHL will bill you directly for the shipping charges.
Overseas Shipments: We will ship to foreign countries only if your order is prepaid by cashiers check or Money Order drawn on a U.S. bank only. We cannot guarantee delivery to countries that do not have postal insurance. Please estimate payment for shipping at 4 pounds per book by surface or air. We cheerfully refund over-payments.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
Your orders are shipped the next working day after we receive them - FOB, Houma, LA. For speed and economy we ship UPS whenever possible. The map shows the number of working days it takes to deliver your order from our 70363 zip code.
